The incredible pictures God gave us during an unforgettable 8 week spiritual journey

For many years I have dreamed of combining my love of imagery with my love for Jesus into one epic photography-based program. This winter, twenty incredible people from around BC and Alberta jumped on board to make that dream come true. We had no idea what was in store!

We spent 8 weeks growing, searching, loving, sharing, hearing, revealing and creating. Not even kidding. Life changing stuff happened. Walls came down. Breakthrough after breakthrough took place. We were literally blown away by what God did in our hearts as we opened up to receive all the gifts he had to offer.

Each week we were given a topic to explore. We asked the Lord to reveal a picture that would help us to understand it deeper. As everyone shared their photographs throughout the week, we grew deeper in our faith from the revelation and insight. Like pieces in a puzzle, we got the full picture when each person shared what they had to offer. It was a true experience of the Body of Christ working together in harmony.

Everyone came from different places photographically. Some would not consider themselves photographers at all, while others have pursued the craft for many years. Some had cel phones for their cameras and others had professional DSLRs. What we found is that it didn't matter one bit. God always found a way to communicate the message regardless of the equipment or experience, because the intention came from the heart. The photographs were just a physical way of symbolizing a much deeper meaning, which was revealed within us by the Holy Spirit when we saw the pictures.

Below is just a small selection of the pictures God gave us, the truths he revealed, the love he poured into us during Faithography.
