jumping off the cliff

That’s it! I can’t take it anymore. I am starting a “Photo A Day” project.

Everyone else is doing it.

When I was growing up my dad would have said “If all your friends jump off a cliff, are you going to as well?”

Yes.

Because this truly is about as crazy as jumping off a cliff. In my busy life, it’s somewhat ridiculous to think that I will find the time for a photo a day. But I’m a photographer and a photography instructor and there’s really no excuse not to have my camera in my hand for at least a few minutes a day. (Besides, several of my students are doing it and I can’t very well let them show up the teacher, now can I!?!?)

So here goes. Day #1.

Oh. Right. One photo. Well, we might as well establish right off the get-go that I’m not very good at following rules, so there will probably be several photos a day!
